siglaunch custom avatar not displaying

Hi, I created a siglaunch forum signature some time last year for my main character in WoW. It was displaying & updating normally until not long before Christmas when the custom avatar stopped displaying (now displays as the default). Any idea how to fix this? I have tried creating a new one & it continues to only display the default avatar.
