HTTPS Certificate Expiration

Our certificate for: drms.guildlaunch.com expired on Friday, August 23, 2024 at 7:59:59 PM.

This appears to happen annually, can you please renew the certificate? 

Several CSS are now broken making our website nearly unusable.

Same issue with BoundersofTheShire's site.

Will monitor this thread for updates. 

We pay for guild launch and have the same issue. Our folks can not get in and access their information. Please get this certificate update.

Could you please set yourself up a Calendar reminder to renew these certs before they expire please? This seems to happen every year and it's totally preventable

Can just create two calendar events , recurring once a year, a week or two before the certs expire:

*.gamerlaunch.com cert expiry 07 Feb 2025

*.guildlaunch.com cert expiry 24 Aug 2024 (expired, next expiry date pending)

Most organizations and websites automate SSL certificate renewal before the certificate expires to avoid outages. Guild launch should do this also.

I was about to ask/suggest if there was a way to do it automatically.  Thank you for the information.

Thank you for renewing the certificate, our site certificate is schedule to expire again on:

Is there anyway to have the certificate to auto renew?
Our site has been up and running for over 8 years. I believe every single year we go through the same process of renewal.  On August 26th, 2025 we'll be contacting Guild Launch support again if nothing is changed.

RimidalTAKP suggested for us to make a calendar entry for a reminder.  If autorenewal is not an option, I'll set a calendar reminder to contact you all every single year from this point forward.

I agree with your assessments. I do have notifications configured for these so that I do not miss them going forward. This worked for the cert expiration in February and we got that on time. This one, I think the event I made did not actually send a notification to me to warn me. I've edited this event so that it will properly notify me next time. I will not be offended if you have a notification for yourself and post here about it next year. If things go as planned, you won't have to.

If you have you do not have a custom domain, you will not have an issue going forward. I would love to say I have a truly automatic renewal for the way our domains work, but there isn't a clear option for us and the way things are designed, without getting into the weeds of the details.
