Now that suddenly the new raid is just around the corner, here's my usual bugging to ask if there will be an update for the raid progression widget and, of course, the Raidtracker addon.
Thank you. I can see you're working on it already and it's just waiting for it's background. Unfortunately Blizzard have given it a silly long name - is it possible to reduce the length of the name a little so it doesn't fall off the end? Either just Sepulcher or possibly Sepulcher of First Ones?
Apologies for the delay and thanks for the info! I am hoping to get this fixed today, I'll let you know when the next version is available on wowinterface. It looks like it should be an easy fix for these, I think it's just the difference between their actual ingame name vs their formal name.
So we went again tonight and got the same 5 down we got down last week .. four tracked: Vigilant Guardian, Dausegne, Skolex and Lihuvim.
Prototype Pantheon didn't. Not surprising as that's one of those fights with 4 bosses :P
I don't know if it will help, but this is the record I have of the Yells from the end of the fight:
21:28:52 Prototype of Duty yells: Witness true courage!
21:29:00 Prototype of Renewal yells: When my seeds wither, so shall you.
21:29:06 Prototype of Renewal yells: Nature cannot be conquered.
21:29:20 Prototype of Absolution yells: Thrash in torment!
21:29:22 Prototype of Duty yells: A kyrian's resolve is unbreakable!
21:29:30 Prototype of Duty yells: My spear will find your heart.
21:29:30 Prototype of Renewal yells: Cower, mortals.
21:29:50 Prototype of Renewal yells: All things end.
21:30:01 Prototype of Duty yells: I fly... no... longer...
21:30:01 Prototype of War yells: Shameful... shameful defeat...
21:30:10 Prototype of Absolution yells: I will carve the sin from your flesh!
21:30:15 Prototype of Renewal yells: Your corpse shall feed my children.
21:30:18 Prototype of Renewal yells: My hunt... has ended...
21:30:18 Prototype of Absolution yells: Your misdeeds... will drag you... to ruin...
Looks like the ones with "..." in are the death yells.
Oh no... I think they have a set of death yells rather than one single static yell... Yikes haha. I'll have to go dig through more footage to see what I can find. I have the same death yell as you listed for Absolution and Duty, but different for War and Renewal.
Absolution: Your misdeeds... will drag you... to ruin...
Duty: I fly... no... longer...
War: My war... has ended...
Renewal: The forest... must... endure...
I think I can code around this, if it's a set of different yells. I hope they only have 2 each haha.
Edit: WoWHead has their quotes listed (thank god) and each only have 2 different death yells. This is doable!
It turned out the code needed to do it was easier than I expected. What I'm stuck on now is Lords of Dread. It turns out that's the exact same situation, a set of death yells instead of one. The worst part is WoWHead does not list out their quotes like they do for Prototypes and I think that's because they are NPC's that have had lines in the game for ages. I've tried watching lots of footage and I keep seeing new death yells. I'll see what I can figure out haha.
And the more I investigate the less confident I am.
The behavior I'm seeing right now is only Kin'Tessa does a death yell. That yell can be "I want... more... time..." and "You... decieved... me..."
At first I thought maybe she only yells either of those if Mal'Ganis dies first and that Mal'Ganis will yell a different set if he dies second. But now I have found vods of both Mal'Ganis or Kin'Tessa dying first and it seems to only be those two Kin'Tessa yells and Mal'Ganis never does any death yell.
It also seems that if you kill Kin'Tessa, she will yell either of those, and then you can wipe the pull still. So I'll have to figure out something else/hope to find more footage.
I pushed that update out to WoWInterface. It should definitely track Prototype Pantheon correctly now. Lords of Dread will also track, but it's likely to have the issue if you kill Kin'Tessa but wipe to Mal'Ganis, it'll track that as a kill. There's surprisingly little footage of Lords of Dread since it's deeper in the raid. I'm going to do another dive through footage once more is out and see if I can figure something else out.
