it looks like the message you get when you log into an http site rather than https? Have a chat with customer support and see if they can switch you? (I find using the chat bubble bottom right corner of your site is the best way to contact them).
If that's not the case, then I'm not sure. I don't get that message - perhaps it depends on the browser you're using?
Being its gamelaunch and my site thats on same software, I would presume its https for security reasons. Anyways, that notice comes up no matter what I do. If I hit refresh, it goes away for while.
Not sure what all that means :P I'm using Firefox, and when I access either my own site or these forums, they both show "https" in the url, and I've not had that message on either. If you're switching your login from http to https or visa versa, potentially that may be the cause, or, as I mentioned before, it might be something your browser has flagged.
The only things I could suggest is just a matter of testing trial and error .. and/or speaking to CS.
Did you do any testing? check the url? try different browsers? The more information you can give them, the more likely they're going to be able to deal with it.
Did you contact them via the chat bubble on your site?
Hi. I use Chrome. It was happening here in the forum and on my site. Not sure why though. But it seems like it hasnt happened anymore.
thanks
