Need help

Hi....I have an old Guildlaunch account in my mains name Zagagaz.....but when i try too reset my password its say that the e-mail adress i have now its not find....i Think i have an very old e-mail thats not in use any more.....my new e-mail is zagagaz@yahoo.se  my problem is that i cant join my new Guild witm my real name Zagagaz....pls help me
