Info from website to facebook

I'm new to trying to create an online profile for a guild.  Is there a way that when something is updated on the guild website it will post something on the facebook site indicating there is new content?

I've not come across anything like that.  The only link-through I've found with Facebook is with twitter, so if you post something on Facebook it will also go onto Twitter.  Or you can post links through from the website direct to Twitter using the little "post to twitter" button after each news item.

What I tend to do is make a news item on the website, then copy/paste the link onto Facebook with a little info .. which then gets automatically added to the twitter stream too.

However, it certainly would be cool if we could have a Facebook work similar to twitter with news items ;-)
