Reset

I created an account with my username and email.  Somehow, the account got corrupted and combined with someone else's account.  They have since deleted this corruption on their account so they are no longer using my username and it is no longer associated with their account. Meanwhile, when I logged back on, I could not use my username and had to make it into something else.  However, when I go to the guild, I cannot use the username or the email address as these are already in use on the account.  How does one completely delete account so that I can reset back to what it was to begin with and create a new account with the correct information?

That sounds very confusing .. I've flagged the issue for CS to help you .. sounds like an account level issue :p

I'm having a hard time understanding exactly what you are asking for. I think the best thing you could do is send an email to support@gamerlaunch.com

Please provide as much info as possible in the email. Like links to the accounts that are involved. Link to the guild website in question. Please send the email from the email address attached to the account in question.
